February Ipsy Bag Look/Video!

February 2013 Ipsy Bag Review

Hello! I am here to put up what I got in my February 2013 Ipsy Bag and my reviews of the products so far :) Enjoy!

The first thing I pulled out of my bag was the Pixi Flawless and Poreless Face Primer. The bottle is a sample size and a bit smaller then I expected but still happy! The full sized retails for $30 at pixibeauty.com and right now you can get 20% off with code ipsypixi! I tried this out this morning and it went on smooth, and made my makeup last all day with no oil or shine so I like it so far! I would recommend this product

Next are the Lash Cards. These are cards that are supposed to help not get smudges of mascara on your upper and lower lids.This pack has 4 samples with a small size on one side and a large on the other for different eye shapes. These retail for these are $6.99 a pack at http://www.lashcard.com/shop/the-lash-card/?gg and with coupon code ipsy22 you can get buy 2 get 1 free lash cards. I found that these were a little tricky to use but they did help with not getting smudges on your eyelids If you always get makeup on your lids this products is defiantly for you.

Next I pulled out Pop Beauty Mascara in Lash Kapow. This is also sample sized and retails for $18.50. It doesn't hold curl, doesn't create volume and doesn't last all day. Its smudges.

Then I pulled out the Mica Beauty Gel Liner in Black. This seems to be full sized which is great since it retails at $30!!!! I put this on this morning with an angled liner brush and it glides on sooooo smoothly and lasted all day with no clumping or smearing. I love it and highly recommend it!

Lastly I pulled out the Coastal Scents sample eyeshadow palette  I got the one with the yellows and olives. I expected this to be bigger but a little eye shadow goes a long way. Overall I rate this bag C+. I am defiantly going to try and use all the products on the regular but there wasn't a "POW" item that makes it stand out and that I was excited to try. In January's bad my POW item was the oil. The samples were tiny but it retails for over $30 so it is still a great bargain!

Feb. Bath and Body Works Haul

Hello Lovelies! Just wanted to post a quick write up and video about the products I just received from BBW. I had some left over gift cards from Christmas and online had free shipping plus 20% off so I had to take advantage of the sale!
I will write an updated post of my reviews after I have used these products for a bit. Feel free to comment and ask questions.

The first product is from the True Blue Spa line and its the Pumpkin renewing face mask. It retails for about $12. I have used other products and masks from the True Blue Spa line and love them so hopefully I will love this. It smells amazing like a fall day and it is supposed to sweep away dead skin cells while smoothing and refining skins appearance. UPDATE: I just used this and my skin is so smooth and glowing! The smell when I put it on was a bit harsh but when I rinsed it away it didn't leave behind alot so that is nice.

Next I am trying the True Blue Spa blue green algae anti cellulite firming lotion. I have been using a Nivea lotion for a while but I heard great reviews of this product for BBW so I wanted to try it out so I can be bikini ready and help you guys be ready as well! It retails for $12-$15. It says you see results in 4 weeks if you use it twice a day and full results in 6 weeks with continuous use so I am hopefully stay on the routine of using it to let you guys know!

Next i got Flawless Gold 24k shimmer powder spray in the scent of Japanese Cherry Blossom. It is just a shimmer spray for your face and hair. I want it for when I got out so I am hoping it gives me a light dusting of shimmer but not to heavy.

Finally I got a free travel sized lotion of Be Enchanted which is my favorite scent at the moment and the lotion is always amazing :)
