How I get a Bikini Body for Summer :)

How I get a Bikini Body for Summer!

Getting Bikini ready is one of the most important things of summer. It starts with exercise, eating right, and of course finding the right swimsuit for your body.

Exercise is not only good to do for the summer but also all year round. Making sure to always start with 30 minutes of cardio to help get the heart and blood pumping. This also helps get your body warmed up for your strength training. Ideally one should work out at least 3 times a week. The easiest thing to do is to target 1 or 2 parts of your body at a time. I usually start my work outs walking at a steady pace on an incline for 30 minutes. The two parts of my body I like to target are my abs and butt so I look up YouTube videos that are usually  10 to 15 minutes long and do them to help target them. I find this helps tone me up.

Eating a healthy diet low in sugar and salts can help stop bloating and salt retention that can make cellulite appear more visible and the belly appear more bloated. Drinking water with lemon is also a great way to stay hydrated throughout the day but also helps boost metabolism.

Finding the right swimsuit for your body is essential to looking great. If you have a bigger chest you need a supported top preferably a halter. If you have a smaller chest like me ruffles and busy prints will help fill you out. If you have a wider butt darker bottoms with help it look smaller. If you have a small or flat butt wearing a bottom with ruching at the back will give your butt a more lifted look.

A nice way to fake looking slimmer and more chiseled is to use self tanner. I use this if I need to quickly cover cellulite or just look a bit more glamours. My favorites are from  Jergens and Million Dollar Tan.

The last thing that can help you get the perfect Bikini Body is CONFIDENCE! You can't look like a million bucks if you don't feel like it. Even if you don' t think your worked out hard enough or if you still have that pooch stomach, holding your head up and having great posture can help boost confidence and help you look and feel better all summer long.

July Ipsy Unbagging and Review!

*****Don't Forget to Check out the video above and LIKE and SUBSCRIBE!*****

This month's theme was summer and all 5 of the contents came in a cute hot pink faux leather bag. There will be a link at the end to buying the products along with codes!

All of the products were deluxe sized except one. I don't mind only getting one full sized product this month because all the other samples were great sized!

The first product is a Tanning Oil Spray from Hang Ten! It has a pepper-minty smell and feels really fresh on the skin.
I would recommend!
This product is sample sized.

The next product is the 5 in 1 BB eye shadow cream from Bare Minerals. This is a nice base for eye shadows and glides on smoothly and lasts all day with no creasing.
I would recommend!
This product is sample sized.

The next product is the They're Real mascara from Benefit. I have had this before and I love it! This gives a great false lash effect.
I would recommend!
This product is sample sized.

The next is Jojoba Gel Cream from Lavilin. The description says it is supposed to be used after physical activity. I use it on my face at night as a moisturizer and I have enjoyed it so far.
I would recommend!
This product is sample sized.

The final product is the Tints and Sass lip and cheek stain from Elizabeth Mott. I would compare this to the popular Benefits Benetint. I own both and  like this one alot more. It is more pigmented, easily blendable and lasts much longer. I have oily skin and this lasted all day on my cheeks.
I would recommend!
This product is full sized at $22!

Overall this bag had a great variety just like every other Ipsy Bag. I am excited for every product and in the next bag I hope to get a hair product.

Birthday Sephora Haul and Review!

Birthday Sephora Haul and Review!

Buying information will be at the end!

I got 2 main things in this Haul.
The first was the Too Faced Beauty Blogger Darlings pack with 5 deluxe samples of the Chocolate Soleil  bronzer, Better Than Sex Mascara, Shadow Insurance, and Poreless Primer.
The bronzer smells like chocolate and I am not quite sure how to properly contour yet so I haven't used it enough but I hear many people talking about how much they love it.
The Shadow Insurance Primer is AMAZING! It makes my shadows so vibrant and lasts all day long!
The face Primer does a good job at priming my face but since I have oily skin it does get oily quicker then when I use regular matte primer. I would mix this with matte primer if you have an oily face.
The Better Than Sex Mascara is AWESOME! I use it daily. I will link my first Impression video below.

Overall for $20 I highly recommend this kit to test out Too Faced Products!!

The next big item I got was the Urban Decay Anarchy Face Case. This is my first Urban Decay Purcahse and I am obsessed with it! It comes with 5 highly pigmented eyeshadows, a full sized lip crayon in a beautiful hot pink color, a black 24/7 glide on eyeliner that is nice, 2 blushes, and a highlighter
The eyeshadows range from charcoal grays to chunky rose
The Lip crayon is a hot hot pink and very pigmented.
The eyeliner is and perfect for the upcoming summer months. There is a hot pink blush and a more mauve coral color similar to NARS orgasm that I lvoe!
The highlighter is also amazing for under the brows and tops of the cheeks!
At $29 this pallete is a great investment!
