How I get a Bikini Body for Summer :)

How I get a Bikini Body for Summer!

Getting Bikini ready is one of the most important things of summer. It starts with exercise, eating right, and of course finding the right swimsuit for your body.

Exercise is not only good to do for the summer but also all year round. Making sure to always start with 30 minutes of cardio to help get the heart and blood pumping. This also helps get your body warmed up for your strength training. Ideally one should work out at least 3 times a week. The easiest thing to do is to target 1 or 2 parts of your body at a time. I usually start my work outs walking at a steady pace on an incline for 30 minutes. The two parts of my body I like to target are my abs and butt so I look up YouTube videos that are usually  10 to 15 minutes long and do them to help target them. I find this helps tone me up.

Eating a healthy diet low in sugar and salts can help stop bloating and salt retention that can make cellulite appear more visible and the belly appear more bloated. Drinking water with lemon is also a great way to stay hydrated throughout the day but also helps boost metabolism.

Finding the right swimsuit for your body is essential to looking great. If you have a bigger chest you need a supported top preferably a halter. If you have a smaller chest like me ruffles and busy prints will help fill you out. If you have a wider butt darker bottoms with help it look smaller. If you have a small or flat butt wearing a bottom with ruching at the back will give your butt a more lifted look.

A nice way to fake looking slimmer and more chiseled is to use self tanner. I use this if I need to quickly cover cellulite or just look a bit more glamours. My favorites are from  Jergens and Million Dollar Tan.

The last thing that can help you get the perfect Bikini Body is CONFIDENCE! You can't look like a million bucks if you don't feel like it. Even if you don' t think your worked out hard enough or if you still have that pooch stomach, holding your head up and having great posture can help boost confidence and help you look and feel better all summer long.
