The first item  I pulled out was the Pop Beauty Bright Up Your Life Eye Shadow Trio in the brown colors. I really like this! It is a great neutral palette to put in your purse or take traveling. It has 3 different shades that are very pigmented and I reach for daily.

Next I pulled out was a Be A Bombshell The One Stick in Sunset. This item is Full Sized. This stick can be used on the eyes, lips, and cheeks. I wouldn't personally use the orangy red color on my eyes but it is gorgeous on the cheeks and lips. It is creamy and so versatile.

The theme for this month was hosting holiday partys so the items in the box were supposed to help with that.

I do recommend this item.

Next was a Land's End Single Canvas Wine Tote in red and cream. This is so cute for when wine is carried to a party. It would also make a great gift! I haven't had a chance to use this yet but it seems very durable and its so cute.

This month was awesome because we got 6 items when we usually get 4 to 5! Also they were all either full sized or great sample sized so I am very pleased with this months bag. The theme was Glam it Up and the bag was gold snakeskin.

The first item I pulled out was from Em Michelle Phan and it is the Lash Gallery Volume mascara. I was happy to get this because the volume mascara I usually use was all dried up. I enjoy this and think it gives good volume.
I do recommend this item if you want to spend $20 on a mascara. I personally think you can get the same quality or better in a drug store.
Retail: $20
Use code ipsy30 for 30% off below

The next item was a Be a Bombshell Lip Crayon in Shameless. The color is so pretty and perfect for fall winter. It is a medium tone wine and this lasted me through a shift at work (6 hours) and didn't feel drying and faded nicely.
I do recommend this item.
Retail: $14
Use code Ipsy40 for 40% off below and a free Coca delight lip gloss

Next was a nail polish from Nailtini in Champagne and it is a beautiful rose gold color. I have yet to use it but all the other Nailtini products I have used I have loved.

Retail: $13
Use code ipsy4glam for 50& and a free eyeliner with an order of $25 or more below

The next item I pulled out was the Pixi Beauty Bronzer. This is a deluxe sample and a great sample size. I use this over my BB cream to set my face then follow up with a slightly darker bronzer. I like this because it offers a hint of color and goes on smoothly.
I do recommend this item.

Rimmel London Stay Matte Liquid Mousse Foundation Review!

Rimmel London Stay Matte Liquid Mousse Foundation Review

Watch my Unboxing and First Impression Video above!

*** I received this product complimentary from Influenster***

I enjoyed receiving this product. I have very oily skin and was excited to try out a foundation that would give me coverage and control my oil. I usually use a light BB cream everyday but some days I want a little extra cover so I reach for my Rimmel BB cream that I enjoy as well. I wore this all day without any oil control primer or oil control setting spray to see how matte it would make me all day. I did get a bit dewy by the end of the day but nothing too bad. I also noticed that this product does oxidize throughout the day. This means as the air mixes with it it turns orange. It might also have been because of the rain lately hitting my face as I go to class. I also think that when i wear this I should wear a lighter shade of bronzer so it doesn't look as orange by the end of the day.

I did enjoy this and will be testing it with different primers and sprays and bronzers to see how I can get coverage and the right color for me.

Make sure to check out this product as it hits shelves in January :)

September PopSugar Must Have Unboxing/Review!

September PopSugar Must Have Unboxing/Review!

Make sure to watch the Unboxing above and to like the video and subscribe!

The theme of this box is do it yourself and making things for yourself and your home.

The first item I pulled out was the BARR-CO. ORIGINAL SCENT REED DIFFUSER in the scent Original which is a blend of milk, oatmeal, and vetvier. This is a great sized reed diffuser and makes my bathroom smell delicious without smelling over overpowering. This is an expensive reed diffuser and I do recommend it if you can afford it.

Retail Value: $46

Next up is the book P.S- YOU'RE INVITED BY ERICA DOMESEK. This book is from the website P.S I Made This and is filled with fun ideas of items to make ranging from decorations to clothing. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait till I have time to make some of the crafts.
I do recommend this item.

Retail Value: $17. 27

The next item was a RIFLE PAPER CO. COASTER SET. There are 8 coasters in the beautiful floral box that all have a different vintage looking floral design on them. I enjoy these and I think they add a cool vintage vibe to any decor.
I do recommend this item.

Retail Value: $16

Next up were a pack of KITSCH HEADBANDS. These are ribbon like headbands and come in many different colors. I received 5 headbands and the colors are a bright orange, gray, purple, black and brown. I enjoy these but probably won't wear them often because I don't wear headbands. I do like this brands ponytails though and wear them every single day.
I do recommend this item.

Retail Value: $11.99

Next was a giftcard from SHOPTIQUES worth $25. This is a clothing and accessories website full of on trend moderately priced clothing. I found some cute clothing but some pieces are a bit out of my price range so I am going to wait and check back on the sale items.
I do recommend this site.

Retail Value: $25

The next item is a food item and it is THAT'S IT. BAR. It is a fruit bar that only contains fruit. I am not a fan of fruit bars but I know people who are so I will give this to them.
I do recommend this item.

Retail Value: $1.65

The last item is from SHARKIES and it is a bag of electrolyte chews. The flavor I got was Watermelon Splash. They were yummy and very filling.

August 2013 Ipsy Unbagging/Review!

Make sure to check out my Unbagging above and like the video and subscribe to my Channel :)

****This image above is NOT my bag.  I didn't have a chance to take one of my bag as I am currently moving and needed to pack things up.****

The theme of this month was Glamour Academy in honor of going back to school. I really like the bag which has a purple and gold print and can't wait to take it to class with me.

______________________________________________________

The first item I pulled out was the Pixi Beauty Lash Booster Mascara in Blackest Black. This is sample sized. This mascara was ok to me but would be great on people who have thick eyelashes. I have thin eyelashes so I only use volumizing mascara but this did the trick with length. The only thing I did not like was it didn't want to come off! That is good for waterproof but this isn't waterproof. I scrubbed with my makeup remover and it took a couple days to fully come off.
I would not recommend this product.
I did not receive a full size
Retail Value Full Size: $17.

Get 20% off above with code PIXI+IPSY

The next item I received was the Michael Todd Jojoba Charcoal Gentle Exfoliating Facial Scrub. This is sample sized. The sample is 1 fl with the full sized at 3.4 fl so the sample is a great travel size and try me size. I really enjoy this scrub. You first cleanse the face then use this once a week or so depending on your skin. I like how it makes my skin feel and I can feel it pulling out the toxins in my skin.
I would recommend this product.
I did not receive a full size.
Retail Value Full Size: $18

Get 30% off above with code AUGIPSY

Next was the Chella Dazzling Dark Brown Eyebrow Color Pencil. This is full sized. I really like this product. It is the perfect shade for me and a great size that will last a while. I usually use a pencil but this one is a very thin eyeliner crayon type constancy  It twists up and down which is nice so you can't break or damage the tip easily.
I would recommend this product.
Retail Value: $18

Get 20% off above with code BROWPENCIL

Next up was a Noya lip balm. This is full sized. The flavor I received was Cherry. I believe a girl can never have enough lip balms so I was glad to get this. I really like it because it doesn't make my lips feel too greasy. I also have trouble finding lip balms that don't make my lips have a white film (anyone else have that problem) and this one doesn't do that.
I would recommend this product.
Retail Value: $3.99

Get 20% off above with code IPSTER

The final product I received was the Pacifica Alight Multi-Mineral BB Cream. This is sample sized. This is a great sample size and has alot in it for me to try out. I enjoy this BB cream because it give me a nice glow. It doesn't offer alot of coverage like my Olay BB Cream but on makeup free days when I want my skin to shine through I put this on and I look like I am glowing without having oily skin.
I do recommend this product.
Not full sized
Retail Value of Full Size: $16

Get 20% above with code IPSY20

I also received and extra item in my bag for referring people so thank you to everyone who used my link :) I got a full sized Lime Crime nail polish in the color Crema de Limon. This is a pretty pale yellow. I have not tried this out yet. The bottle is super cute because it has a purple Unicorn on the front :)

Total Beauty Collections Mystery Box Unboxing and Review!

Total Beauty Collections Mystery Box Unboxing!

Make sure to check out my unboxing video above and like it :) Don't forget to subscribe to my channel!

I just want to say real quick that Total Beauty is really great! In my opening video you can see one of my products arrived broken so they sent me a whole new package with the same products plus 2 new products for me to try out! The picture below is of my new box and I will let you know the retail value of my first box and than the new items I got in my second one.

The first item I pulled out was a sample packet of the Chella Resurfacing Mask Enzyme and Lactic treatment. I am a huge fan of facial masks so I was excited to receive another sample of it in the second box. I tried this and loved it! It goes on clear and you leave it on for 10 min. It smells slightly of brown sugar and as it stays on your face you feel it getting warm and really working. After I took it off my skin was so soft and smooth!
I do recommend this product
My product was not full sized
Retail Value of full sized: $60!

Next I received a lip balm from the Honest company in the flavor orange cream. This is full sized. This is the company by Jessica Alba and it is all natural and organic. It smells great and moisturized very well. It only comes in a trio on the website.
I do recommend this product.
Approx Retail Value for 1:  $3.32

Next was a day cream from the brand Ziaja. It is the Goats milk day cream. This is a sample size but the container was filled to the brim so I feel like it will last long. It also didn't smell weird like I hear goats milk can. I wouldn't use this during the day though because it doesn't have SPF but I would use it at night since it made my skin so soft.
I do recommend this product.
My product was not full sized.
Retail Value of Full sized: $8.99

I received another Ziaja product in my second box and it is the Natural Olive Cream light formula. Again this is soft and I will be using it at night. It is in the same container size as the day cream so perfect to try out and travel with.
I do recommend this product.
My product was not full sized.
Retail Value of Full sized: $6.99

The last Ziaja product I received was also in my second box and it is the Goat's Milk Eye cream. I will be giving this to my mom as I do not have wrinkles. This one is full sized which is great!
Retail Value: $7.99

Next I received 4 nail polishes from Revlon ColorStay Longwear Nail Enamel. The colors are Trade Winds (nude), Jungle (mossy green), Seashell (baby pink), and Sunburst (bright orange). They are all full sized and I got the same 4 colors in my second box. I have tried the Sunburst so far and it was BEAUTIFUL and lasted 4 days with no chipping before I took it off!
I do recommend this product.
Retail Value: $7.99 x4

The next product is also from Revlon and it is an Eyeshadow Quad in the color Sea Mist. It has a light pink, dark purple, mossy green, and dusty blue colors.I received the same one in the second box. I have yet to use this but I can't wait to use it since I like all of the colors.
Retail Value: $7.49

The next two products were also by Revlon and they were Lip Butters in the colors Pink Lemonade and Sorbet. These are so creamy and the color is beautiful! Pink Lemonade is a sheer pink while Sorbet is a vibrant hot pink. I got the same two shades in  my second box.
I do recommend this product.
Retail Value: $7.49 x2

Another lip product I received in both boxes was a Nyx Color Lip Balm. It doesn't have a color name but it is tinted hot pink. This is really moisturizing and offers sheer color.
I do recommend this product.
Retail Value: $3

The items that broke in my first box were 2 Ferro blushes. I received them in the colors Terra Cotta and Suzies glow. Suzies glow is a very warm brown with slight shimmer and Terra Cotta is a bit more Rose Gold and Copper toned. I personally wouldn't wear these as blushes since I don't wear blush but I think they would make great eye shadows!
Approx Retail Value: $5.60

The final product is also from Nyx and it is the Roll on shimmer in the color Almond. I received this same one in both boxes. This has become a favorite of mine! It is so pigmented and a beautiful brown with shimmer. I highly recommend it and my sister said it makes me look like a goddess.
I do recommend this product
Retail Value: $4

I paid $22 for this Mystery Box when it was normally $25. I think this box was AWESOME and I would defiantly recommend this to anyone who likes surprised and full sized makeup! They don't always carry this box but if you sign up for their emails they will let you know.

Approx total retail Value of box #1: $75.95!!!!

Approx total Retail Value of box #2 (replacement box I did not pay for): $65.64!

August PopSugar Must Have Unboxing and Review!

August PopSugar Must Have Unboxing and Review!

Make sure to watch my opening video above!

PopSugar is a Monthly Subscription service and if you use the code REFER5 in my link at the end you get $5 off!!

The theme of this months bag was celebrating their 1 year anniversary and celebrating the end of summer.

The first item in the box is a Gorjana Open Circle Necklace. It is 18k Gold plated and so pretty! It is a big short for my taste so I will be buying a chain extender but it is a great simple piece to layer on.
I do recommend this item.
Retail: $65!

Next was a lunchbox from Bentgo. This is microwave safe, and dishwasher safe and comes with utensils. I was so excited for this product. It is kind of annoying because I can't get the utensils to stay in it and you have to use a band to hold it all together which is difficult to get on my itself. I think the pieces should just snap together. I still like the lunchbox though and will be using it alot as it fit everything I wanted to eat inside.
I do recommend this item.
Retail: $14.99

Next I pulled out a Lulah Body Wash in the scent Vanilla Orchid. This smelled so good but wasn't overpowering. It gave a great lather in the shower and I really enjoyed using it.
I do recommend this item.
Retail: $11.25
Use code POPSUGAR for 20% off!

Next is a May Designs Weekly Agenda Notebook. Mine is in a blue chevron pattern with Weekly To Dos written on the front. The inside offers places to put the date and week so if you can't get around to using it this year you don't have to worry about using it with the wrong year. I went on the website and you can customize your books with so many cute patterns! You can also put you initials or name on the front and make the inside things like an agenda, a baby book, or just a plain notebook.
I do recommend this item.
Retail: $17

Next is a Lunares Apple Bowl. This is an adorable bowl that would look great with some jewelry thrown into it. It is silver on the bottom so it looks chic. It is not too big but also not tiny.
I do recommend this item.
Retail: About $21. (Not sold individually)

The next item is from Dermalogica and it is a Pre cleanse and Special Cleansing gel sample. The pre cleanse is supposed to be used before the cleanse as kind of like a makeup remover. I won't be using these since I use Proactiv but I will probably give them to my mom or sister.
Not Full sized

The final item is from NatureBox and it is dried Granny Smith Apples. PopSugar teamed up with the subscription box Naturebox to help distribute this treat. My sister, my mom and I all tried these and they are AWFUL! The texture is bad and they don't smell or taste very good at all. I will stick to apple slices.
I don't recommend these.
You can get 50% off your first NatureBox box with code POPSUGAR

Total Retail Value of my full sized items: About $129.24!

I highly recommend this subscription service! My favorite item was the necklace and my least favorite is the apple slices.

Use code REFER5 below for $5 off!!
