This Ultra Youth Eye Gel feels cool and refreshing the second you apply it. I like to put an eye cream or gel that I use on my ring fingers, as those are the softest, and pat it under my eyes and take the rest to my lid and where crows feet would form. I do not have fine lines yet but I found using this I looked more awake in the morning and my concealer under my eyes didn't cake up as much do to dryness.
